DOROBANTU FILM & TELEVISION \u2013 VIDEO ON DEMAND (hereinafter \u201cD\u2013VOD\u201d) is a Film Streaming Platform with Club Status, requiring Verified Membership and offering Club Members the possibility to Purchase and Rent Films for Online Streaming as Video On Demand (VOD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TERMS AND CONDITIONS <\/strong>FOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n – D\u2013VOD is a Members Only<\/em> Film Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – In order to become a Member of D\u2013VOD, you must submit a complete and correct Membership Application through the Application Form which is available on D\u2013VOD\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – A submitted Membership Application will be automatically rejected, if it is incomplete or incorrect, or if it contains an anonymous e-mail address (pertaining to an unidentifiable e-mail account). <\/p>\n\n\n\n – AGE REQUIREMENT: Although D\u2013VOD does NOT<\/em> offer Club Members age-restricted films (meaning films which are only suitable for a mature audience), you must be at least 18 Years Old in order to submit a Membership Application and to be considered for a Club Membership \u2013 and, ultimately, to be potentially accepted as a Member of D\u2013VOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Age Verification<\/em> may be required, at the sole discretion of D\u2013VOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n [For Complete Information about how each Applicant\u2019s and Club Member\u2019s Personal Data<\/em> is used, please read thoroughly D\u2013VOD\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important Note: It is illegal to submit a Membership Application under another person’s identity. (Such cases, if any, will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n – Each Membership Application received by D\u2013VOD will be processed manually by the Club Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – D\u2013VOD reserves the right to refuse a Club Membership at its own discretion, without any justification being given to the Applicant who has submitted the respective Membership Application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n – An Applicant who, based on the submitted Membership Application, is accepted as a Member of D\u2013VOD will be informed about the Membership Acceptance by E-Mail \u2013 through an Official Message which will be sent to the E-Mail Address which the Applicant has included in the Membership Application. The Applicant must verify<\/em> The Applicant’s E-Mail Address by replying to D\u2013VOD’s Official Message. <\/p>\n\n\n\n – IMPORTANT NOTE related to the paragraph above: Applicants are Strongly Advised not to use E-Mail Accounts which Obstruct E-Mail Communication through Advanced Filters \u2013 because, if the E-Mail Communication with D\u2013VOD is not possible, the respective Applicants\u2019 Membership Application will be Automatically Rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Club Membership Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The D\u2013VOD ANNUAL CLUB MEMBERSHIP Fee is 25 EURO and it is paid yearly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Membership Fees are not<\/em> refundable<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Membership Renewal Date<\/em> and the Renewal Payment Method<\/em> are communicated to the Club Member by E-Mail approximately 30 days before the Membership Expiry Date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A Club Membership can be cancelled at any time, but the paid Membership Fee will not be refunded<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n By cancelling a Club Membership, the Club Member instantly renounces all access to the respective Club Member’s D\u2013VOD Account and to any Film(s) which the Club Member may have purchased or rented for streaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Important Note to Club Members who decide to cancel their Club Membership:<\/em> After completely ending its activity (in case that D\u2013VOD at any time ends its activity), D\u2013VOD will have no obligations whatsoever to any Club Members \u2013<\/strong> related to the respective Club Members\u2019 D\u2013VOD Account, Membership, paid Membership Fees (which are not refundable), Film(s) which the Club Members may have purchased or rented for streaming within their D\u2013VOD Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Login Password<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n For internet security reasons, the Login Password initially chosen by the Membership Applicant (and by the same Membership Applicant included in the Membership Application submitted through the Application Form available on D\u2013VOD\u2019s website) will be automatically changed by the Club Administrator and transmitted to the Membership Applicant by E-Mail \u2013 in case that the Membership Application is approved and the Membership Applicant is accepted as a Member of D\u2013VOD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the same internet security reasons, Club Members do not<\/em> have the possibility to change their Login Password within their D\u2013VOD Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Club Members who wish to change their Login Password must send an E-Mail Message (from the same E-Mail Address included in the Membership Application submitted through the Application Form available on D\u2013VOD\u2019s website) to D\u2013VOD\u2019s Special E-Mail Address Only Available To Club Members<\/em> \u2013 and, in reply to their E-Mail Message, the respective Club Members will receive a new Login Password from the Club Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also for internet security reasons, Club Members will periodically have their Login Password automatically changed \u2013 with the New Login Password each time being E-Mailed to them by the Club Administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: It is the sole and full responsibility of each Club Member to entirely preserve the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the Login Password and of the respective Club Member\u2019s E-Mail Address used in the Club Member\u2019s communication with D\u2013VOD \u2013 and, implicitly, it is the sole and full responsibility of each Club Member to entirely preserve the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the respective Club Member\u2019s D\u2013VOD Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n SECURITY WARNING: Club Members found neglecting the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of their Login Password and \/ or of their E-Mail Address (used in the respective Club Members\u2019 communication with D\u2013VOD) \u2013 and, implicitly, Club Members found neglecting the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the respective Club Members\u2019 D\u2013VOD Account \u2013 as well as Club Members found sharing their Login Password and \/ or sharing access to their E-Mail Address (used in the respective Club Members\u2019 communication with D\u2013VOD) \u2013 and, implicitly, Club Members found sharing access to the respective Club Members\u2019 D\u2013VOD \u2013 will have their Club Membership instantly cancelled<\/em> (without any refund of their paid Membership Fee), and they will instantly lose all access<\/em> to their D\u2013VOD Account and to any Film(s) which they may have purchased or rented for streaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n No Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n D\u2013VOD is not<\/em> responsible and shall not<\/em> be held responsible in any legal or moral way for any damages, losses, and \/ or inconveniences possibly suffered by a Club Member as a result or consequence of any technical disorders and \/ or malfunctions, or as a result or consequence of security breaches of any website, internet platform, technical service, administrative system (or anything similar) involved in the functionality of D\u2013VOD, or as a result or consequence of any other internal or external factors or causes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and of Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n By applying to become a Member of D\u2013VOD and by effectively becoming a Member of D\u2013VOD (if your Membership Application is approved), you automatically and entirely accept D\u2013VOD\u2019s Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/strong><\/em> and Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong><\/em> and you entirely and unconditionally agree to D\u2013VOD\u2019s Terms and Conditions<\/a><\/strong><\/em> and Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ownership, Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n D\u2013VOD is owned and run by the Swedish company Dorobantu Film & Television.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The provisions in this document, referring to D\u2013VOD, are equally covering Dorobantu Film & Applying for a new Club Membership (after cancelling a previous Club Membership) and being re-accepted as a Club Member (if the new Membership Application is approved) does not<\/em> give the newly re-accepted Club Member access to that Club Member’s previous (now cancelled) D\u2013VOD Account or to any Film(s) which the Club Member may have purchased or rented for streaming within the respective Club Members\u2019 previous (now cancelled) D\u2013VOD Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
