[When you submit your Membership Application and agree to O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions, you automatically agree to the text below too.]
If you choose to verify your Identity and Age by Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card, please follow thoroughly the procedure described here below:
STEP 1. Take a clear photo of your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card (both sides of it, if necessary) where your Full Name, the Expiry Date, and ONLY The Last 4 Digits of the card number are clearly visible.
- Note 1: The Full Name on the Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card and the Full Name on the Membership Application Form (which you fill in on O! FILM CLUB’s website) must be identical.
- Note 2: Before photographing your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card, please make absolutely sure that ONLY The Last 4 Digits of the card number are visible, by very carefully COVERING the rest of the card number (since the rest of the card number is not needed in the Identity and Age Verification process).
- Note 3: Before photographing your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card, please make absolutely sure that you very carefully COVER the separate three digits which constitute the CVV (or CVC / CSC, as it is also known in different regions) – since those three digits are not needed in the Identity and Age Verification process.
- Note 4: You and only you alone are responsible for protecting the security of your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card by carefully covering the card number (except the last 4 digits of it) and by also carefully covering the separate three digits which constitute your card’s CVV / CVC / CSC.
O! FILM CLUB and DOROBANTU FILM & TELEVISION have absolutely no responsibility in relation to your Valid Credit Card’s or Valid Debit Card’s security or in relation to any security issues, damages or loses (if any) that you may suffer as a consequence of your decision to use your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card for your Identity and Age Verification. You and only you alone are responsible for such security issues, damages or loses (if any).
STEP 2. Send theclear photo of your Valid Credit Card or Valid Debit Card (taken in full accordance with the instructions presented at Step 1 here above) to id@dorobantu-tv.com (in a message marked with Your Full Name) from the same e-mail address contained within the Membership Application Form (which you fill in on O! FILM CLUB’s website).
STEP 3. If your Club Membership Application is approved, it will be mandatory that you will use The Same Credit Card or Debit Card for your Very First Film Purchase or Film Rental as a Club Member.
- Important Note: In case that you use a different payment method for your Very First Film Purchase or Film Rental as a Club Member, your Club Membership will be automatically cancelled (without a refund of the Membership Fee) – and you will immediately lose all access to your O! FILM CLUB Account and to the Purchased or Rented Film.
Important Note: It is illegal to submit a Membership Application under another person’s identity and / or to submit another person’s Credit Card or Debit Card, or to submit a faked or forged Credit Card or Debit Card. (Such cases, if any, will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.)
FINAL NOTE: Regardless of whether you verify your Identity and Age by Valid Identity Card or by Valid Credit Card / Valid Debit Card, O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions (which include this text, and which you must agree to when you submit your Membership Application) will apply fully.
