O! FILM CLUB offers Club Members the possibility to Purchase and Rent Films for Online Streaming as Video On Demand (VOD).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLUB MEMBERSHIP
– O! FILM CLUB is a Members Only Film Club.
– In order to become a Member of O! FILM CLUB, you must submit a complete and correct Membership Application through the Application Form which is available on O! FILM CLUB’s website.
– A submitted Membership Application will be automatically rejected, if it is incomplete or incorrect, or if it contains an anonymous e-mail address (pertaining to an unidentifiable e-mail account).
– AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 18 Years Old in order to submit a Membership Application and to be considered for a Club Membership – and, ultimately, to be potentially accepted as a Member of O! FILM CLUB.
– IMPORTANT NOTE related to the paragraph above: The Applicant’s Age (18 Years Old or Older) Must Be Officially Confirmed through the Submission of a Clear Electronic Copy of a Valid Identification Document which the Applicant will:

Send by E-Mail to id@dorobantu-tv.com [The Electronic Copy of the Valid Identification Document must be sent from the same E-Mail Address which is included in the Membership Application submitted through the Application Form available on O! FILM CLUB’s website.]
Regardless of the Sending Method (Upload or E-Mail), the Electronic Copy of the Valid Identification Document will be kept Confidential.
Accepted Identification Documents: Valid Identity Card, Valid Passport, Valid Driver’s License.
- Uploading Identity Card copies or Driver’s License copies: Please upload clear images of both the Front Side and the Back Side of your Identity Card or Driver’s License. Kindly do not cover any fields of the respective Identity Document. Your Photo, your Full Name, your Date Of Birth, as well as the Identity Document’s Expiry Date must be clearly visible.
- Uploading Passport copies: Please upload a clear image or clear images of the Passport Page or Pages where your Photo, your Full Name, your Date Of Birth, as well as the Passport’s Expiry Date are clearly visible. Kindly do not cover any Passport fields.

Important Note: It is illegal to submit a Membership Application under another person’s identity and / or to submit another person’s identity document, or to submit a faked or forged identity document. (Such cases, if any, will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.)
– Each Membership Application received by O! FILM CLUB will be processed manually by the Club Administrator.
– O! FILM CLUB reserves the right to refuse a Club Membership at its own discretion, without any justification being given to the Applicant who has submitted the respective Membership Application.
– An Applicant who, based on the submitted Membership Application, is accepted as a Member of O! FILM CLUB will be informed about the Membership Acceptance by E-Mail – through an Official Message which will be sent to the E-Mail Address which the Applicant has included in the Membership Application. The Applicant must verify The Applicant’s E-Mail Address by replying to O! FILM CLUB’s Official Message.
– IMPORTANT NOTE related to the paragraph above: Applicants are Strongly Advised not to use E-Mail Accounts which Obstruct E-Mail Communication through Advanced Filters – because, if the E-Mail Communication with O! FILM CLUB is not possible, the respective Applicants’ Membership Application will be Automatically Rejected.
Club Membership Levels and Fees
O! FILM CLUB offers Four Membership Levels, which give different kinds of Film Access and are subject to their respective Annual Membership Fees – as follows:
– MEMBERSHIP 01 (Annual Fee: 75 EURO – paid yearly)
Membership 01 Club Members have Immediate Access (Buy and Rent) to All Available Films at the moment when they become Club Members, and they also have Immediate Access (Buy and Rent) to All New Films at the moment when the New Films are Released.
– MEMBERSHIP 10 (Annual Fee: 55 EURO – paid yearly)
Membership 10 Club Members have Access (Buy and Rent) to All Available Films 10 Days After they become Club Members, and they also have Access (Buy and Rent) to All New Films 10 Days After the New Films are Released.
– MEMBERSHIP 20 (Annual Fee: 35 EURO – paid yearly)
Membership 20 Club Members have Access (Buy and Rent) to All Available Films 20 Days After they become Club Members, and they also have Access (Buy and Rent) to All New Films 20 Days After the New Films are Released.
– MEMBERSHIP 30 (Annual Fee: 15 EURO – paid yearly)
Membership 30 Club Members have Access (Buy and Rent) to All Available Films 30 Days After they become Club Members, and they also have Access (Buy and Rent) to All New Films 30 Days After the New Films are Released.
During the respective time gap until Membership 10 | 20 | 30 Club Members have access to Available Films or to New Films as described here above, the respective Club Members are only able to see O! FILM CLUB’s List of Film Titles and to access O! FILM CLUB’s Foyer (where they can read film information and view film posters related to Available Films / New Films / Upcoming Films) – without being able to buy or rent films, and without being able to watch film trailers.
Memberships 10 | 20 | 30 can be upgraded at any time, but only at Full Annual Fee.
Membership Fees are not refundable.
The Membership Renewal Date and the Renewal Payment Method are communicated to the Club Member by E-Mail approximately 30 days before the Membership Expiry Date.
A Club Membership can be cancelled at any time, but the paid Membership Fee will not be refunded.
By cancelling a Club Membership, the Club Member instantly renounces all access to the respective Club Member’s O! FILM CLUB Account and to any Film(s) which the Club Member may have purchased or rented for streaming.
Important Note to Club Members who decide to cancel their Club Membership:
Applying for a new Club Membership (after cancelling a previous Club Membership) and being re-accepted as a Club Member (if the new Membership Application is approved) does not give the newly re-accepted Club Member access to that Club Member’s previous (now cancelled) O! FILM CLUB Account or to any Film(s) which the Club Member may have purchased or rented for streaming within the respective Club Members’ previous (now cancelled) O! FILM CLUB Account.
After completely ending its activity (in case that O! FILM CLUB at any time ends its activity), O! FILM CLUB will have no obligations whatsoever to any Club Members – related to the respective Club Members’ O! FILM CLUB Account, Membership, paid Membership Fees (which are not refundable), Film(s) which the Club Members may have purchased or rented for streaming within their O! FILM CLUB Account.
Login Password
For internet security reasons, the Login Password initially chosen by the Membership Applicant (and by the same Membership Applicant included in the Membership Application submitted through the Application Form available on O! FILM CLUB’s website) will be automatically changed by the Club Administrator and transmitted to the Membership Applicant by E-Mail – in case that the Membership Application is approved and the Membership Applicant is accepted as a Member of O! FILM CLUB.
For the same internet security reasons, Club Members do not have the possibility to change their Login Password within their O! FILM CLUB Account.
Club Members who wish to change their Login Password must send an E-Mail Message (from the same E-Mail Address included in the Membership Application submitted through the Application Form available on O! FILM CLUB’s website) to O! FILM CLUB’s Special E-Mail Address Only Available To Club Members – and, in reply to their E-Mail Message, the respective Club Members will receive a new Login Password from the Club Administrator.
Also for internet security reasons, Club Members will periodically have their Login Password automatically changed – with the New Login Password each time being E-Mailed to them by the Club Administrator.
IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: It is the sole and full responsibility of each Club Member to entirely preserve the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the Login Password and of the respective Club Member’s E-Mail Address used in the Club Member’s communication with O! FILM CLUB – and, implicitly, it is the sole and full responsibility of each Club Member to entirely preserve the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the respective Club Member’s O! FILM CLUB Account.
SECURITY WARNING: Club Members found neglecting the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of their Login Password and / or of their E-Mail Address (used in the respective Club Members’ communication with O! FILM CLUB) – and, implicitly, Club Members found neglecting the Secrecy, the Privacy, and the Security of the respective Club Members’ O! FILM CLUB Account – as well as Club Members found sharing their Login Password and / or sharing access to their E-Mail Address (used in the respective Club Members’ communication with O! FILM CLUB) – and, implicitly, Club Members found sharing access to the respective Club Members’ O! FILM CLUB Account – will have their Club Membership instantly cancelled (without any refund of their paid Membership Fee), and they will instantly lose all access to their O! FILM CLUB Account and to any Film(s) which they may have purchased or rented for streaming.
No Liability
O! FILM CLUB is not responsible and shall not be held responsible in any legal or moral way for any damages, losses, and / or inconveniences possibly suffered by a Club Member as a result or consequence of any technical disorders and / or malfunctions, or as a result or consequence of security breaches of any website, internet platform, technical service, administrative system (or anything similar) involved in the functionality of O! FILM CLUB, or as a result or consequence of any other internal or external factors or causes.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and of Privacy Policy
By applying to become a Member of O! FILM CLUB, and by effectively becoming a Member of O! FILM CLUB (if your Membership Application is approved), you automatically and entirely accept O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you entirely and unconditionally agree to O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Ownership, Provisions
O! FILM CLUB is owned and run by the Swedish company Dorobantu Film & Television.
The provisions in this document, referring to O! FILM CLUB, are equally covering Dorobantu Film & Television.
