Confidentiality of Personal Data and of Personal Information
When you register as a member of O! FILM CLUB, we store the Personal Pata and Personal Information which you provide in your Member Profile. The O! FILM CLUB Administrator can see and edit your Personal Data and Personal Information.
All your Personal Data and all your Personal Information which you submit to O! FILM CLUB is confidential. ( * Please see the Very Important Note below. ) We do not share your Personal Data and your Personal Information with any third party, unless we are required by law to do so.
*) Very Important Note about how you yourself contribute to keeping your Full Name and your E-Mail Address confidential by respecting the Copyright Law in connection with your O! FILM CLUB Film Streaming and Trailer Viewing:
During the playback of a Film which you have bought or rented, and also during the playback of a Trailer which you are watching, a dynamic Visible Watermark containing Your Full Name and Your E-Mail Address will be permanently displayed on the Film Player Screen and on the Trailer Player Screen respectively.
As long as you watch the respective Film or Trailer within the privacy of your own O! FILM CLUB Account, you have absolutely no reasons for concerns regarding the privacy and the confidentiality of your Full Name and your E-Mail Address.
However, please be aware of the fact that if you illegally copy the Film (partly or entirely) or the Trailer (partly or entirely) – by screen recording, screen filming, or any other technical means or methods – and then you illegally share with a third party the Film or the Trailer which you have illegally copied, or you illegally publish, spread, or in any way make the illegally copied Film or Trailer available on the Internet or on any kind of physical support (such as DVD, memory stick, and so on), you will concomitantly also share and / or spread Your Full Name and Your E-Mail Address as they are displayed on the Film Player Screen and on the Trailer Player Screen, and, in this way, you yourself will make Your Full Name and Your E-Mail Address public and accessible to a third party or to everyone (which means that you yourself will break or give up the privacy and the confidentiality of your Full Name and your E-Mail Address), and, consequently, you and only you alone will be entirely responsible for Your Full Name and Your E-Mail Address becoming public and accessible to a third party or to everyone (something for which O! FILM CLUB will never be responsible and will never be held responsible – legally, morally, or in any other way – under any circumstances whatsoever).
Furthermore, by making Your Full Name and Your E-Mail Address public and accessible to a third party or to everyone in the above-described manner, you are actually providing concrete evidence that you have been breaking the Copyright Law by illegally copying, sharing, spreading the Film or the Trailer. Based on that concrete evidence, Legal Action will be taken against you.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data
As a member of O! FILM CLUB, you can request to receive from us an exported file of the Personal Data and Personal Information which we hold about you, including any Personal Data and Personal Information which you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any Personal Data and Personal Information which we hold about you. This does not include any Personal Data and Personal Information which we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. This also applies in case that you decide to cancel your O! FILM CLUB Membership.
No Liability
O! FILM CLUB is not responsible and shall not be held responsible in any legal or moral way for any damages, losses, and / or inconveniences possibly suffered by a Club Member as a result or consequence of any technical disorders and / or malfunctions, or as a result or consequence of security breaches of any website, internet platform, technical service, administrative system (or anything similar) involved in the functionality of O! FILM CLUB, or as a result or consequence of any other internal or external factors or causes.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and of Privacy Policy
By applying to become a Member of O! FILM CLUB, and by effectively becoming a Member of O! FILM CLUB (if your Membership Application is approved), you automatically and entirely accept O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you entirely and unconditionally agree to O! FILM CLUB’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

O! FILM CLUB is owned and run by the Swedish company Dorobantu Film & Television.
